Welcome to our story.
We are the Brant family.
Our story begins here in Eastern KY starting from scratch after moving our homestead across the country from the mountains in Northern California in search of something more. April of 2024 We moved into a fixer upper cabin on a 41 acre plot of land and now begins the writing of the first chapter. Our dreams of turning this modest holistic based homestead into something magnificent that we can turn around and offer to the public, keeps us moving forward hand in hand as we churn soil and rebuild this home and land one board at a time, one crop at a time. As profound thinkers with a passion for teaching others, we’ve started a blog covering all of the topics that arise in building such a life in kindred with the land with a young child in toe. From organic no till gardening, to intentional parenting to holistically raising livestock, follow along on our families journey to liberation from the bondages of modernity and the build of something greate!
