  • How packages are priced

    Packages are priced using several different factors. Shooting time• Editing time (typically 3 hours edit time for every 1 hour of shoot time depending on level of “fixing” photo needs) Gear usage/wear and tear • Cost of maintaining equipment • Cost of paying services that enhance customer experience ie; online galleries, website, contacts, guides etc. Photography is not only a creative endeavor but a business as well.

  • Do you help with choosing a location?

    Yes. I always have places that I frequently shoot at and am familiar with as a back up if you don’t have a place in mind. As far as scouting locations before shoots and helping with the process of choosing a new location, that is all included in the Full session.

  • What do we wear?

    When you purchase the Full session, you receive a free “what to wear” guide that helps with colors, who should wear patterns, how to coordinate the outfits to your location to really maximize how much you get out of your photos visually.

  • Do you travel for photos?

    Yes! Travel fees would occur but I travel within the US

  • Can people travel to YOU for photos

    Absolutely. I can book out of state couples and families here in KY

  • How do we pay you?

    Once you are ready to place a deposit/retainer down, I will send you a link to my Venmo account where you can add payment. 50% retainer due to hold your date and the remainder due 48 hours before your scheduled shoot

  • Do you offer payment or installment plans?

    Yes. Depending on the package and unique circumstances. This is why we do an initial phone call or text convo during the inquiry process

  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

    Your deposit is non refundable however, we can always reschedule your session at no cost within the same calendar year of original session! You are free to cancel at any time however the deposit will not be refunded. For my clients I’ve traveled out of state for, sometimes rescheduling may not be an option at this point I would need to cancel and I would refund 50% of your total as deposits are non refundable

  • Why do I see photos on social media or your website I didn't receive in my gallery?

    This question was most common when I was shooting mini sessions (expired 2024) At any given session I take between 400-1400 photos! The mini session guaranteed you the specified number of photos (5-8) I hand picked the ones I felt were the BEST for you and your family and would also post the remainder to my site as portfolio work. I did (FOR 2024 ONLY) offer for you to select additional photos from the sneak peak of extras on your gallery for only cost of “time for edit” However there is only 1 type of session and all imagery is included

  • Do you give your RAW images

    No. Editing // Color grading is at least 50% of the creative process and a massive step in delivering a completed photo that embodies a vibe that is personal for each photographer (plus their name is attached to the work!)

  • What if it rains or snows?

    As someone who is excited about capturing memories, I always try to roll with the punches! Plus it makes for organic imagery and so I would say we would use weather to our advantage in this aspect. However if the weather becomes miserable than we could for sure reschedule at no additional cost.   • How many photos will I get?

    I used to guarantee a specific amount of photos but found that people would tend to focus on this number and getting “the shot” versus being in the moment and focusing on the experience. I no longer specify a photo amount but I will say that you’ll be happy with the images and I will upload everything that I found worth editing to your gallery.
